Grade Ten Test Five: Writing equations for Ellipses
Here are two links to practise for tomorrow's test. Remember, if you understand these questions very well you should pass the test easily...the other questions will see how well you can apply your learning. Good luck!
Here is the link to the original worksheets I gave you in class.
Here is some more practise of the same topics in case you have already finished the other worksheet.

Hey, the Transformations unit is long and sometimes difficult, so I am going to extend the due date until the following Sunday, March 30th at midnight. Don't leave it until the last minute though... there is lots to cover!
AP Calculus Free Response with Answers
Here is the link to all the FRQs and the answer guidelines.
Remember for Tuesday, that you need to study up on 2009 Free Response A. On Tuesday you will be given two of those exact questions to answer and I will grade them like the AP exam graders will grade them.

There is also going to be two "mind bending" questions at the end of the test, so get some sleep Sunday night!
Grade Ten IXL Topics for Monday's Test
Here are the topics you should be practising this weekend... if you UNDERSTAND them, and are familiar with the different types of angle relationships (adjacent, complementary, alternate interior, etc) you will have no problems on the test. It will be long but if you are confident most questions will not take more than a minute or two... good luck, study hard and sleep well on Sunday night...xoxo
B.3 Additive Property of Length
B.7 Midpoint
B.8 Distance ...you need to know the formula!!!
C.2 Angle Measures... know how to draw an angle (ie: draw a 35 degree angle) and estimate an angles measures
C.3 Indentify Angle Relationships: Know these terms and how to identify them
D.2 Transverals: Name angle pairs... know how to name and identify these
D.3 Transverals of Parallel lines... know how to solve these
F.2 Triangle Angle Sum Theorem... know this principle and how to solve these
F.3 Exterior Angle Theorem... know this principle and how to solve these

AP Calculus Free Response 2013
Here is the link to the Free Response questions from last year.
Remember for Friday I want you to try to answer the following questions related to Question 1
What does G(t) represent? What are the units?
What would the integral of G(t) represent? Units?
What would the derivative of G(t) represent? Unit?
Have those questions answered (attempted) when you come to class on Friday or you'll be heading to the library. Good luck
